Mr. Uday Ranpara is the Promoter and Director of Unison Globus, Initor Global, and various other firms, having offices in USA, UK, Australia and Canada. He started his career as a practicing Chartered Accountant and Partner in Zinzuwadia and Co. He has a wide experience of almost 2 decades of consulting small to big sized corporates and FDI companies for their financial planning and management. He also has a rich experience of defining best standard practices suiting customer’s need for execution and for coordination of new project set up.
Along with this, he has varied experience in consulting of implementation and compliance of Ind AS & IFRS, Conversion of Indian Companies Accounts into IFRS complied Accounts or as per USGAAP.
Apart from being a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Uday Ranpara is also a prominent academician and has a vast experience as a mentor and an accounting coach. He is associated with very well-known institutes as a visiting faculty namely IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Nagpur, and IIM-Lucknow. He has also conducted a series of seminars on Financial Statement analysis and fraud detection, Accounting standards, Indian Accounting standards, IFRS, how to read financial statements and many other topics.
