We perform a brief scan with our up-to-date anti-virus software daily on all our computers. In addition, we do full scans and boot scans at predetermined intervals to guarantee the absolute safety of your data. Anti-malware software is installed on our PCs and scans the network twice daily for any threats. For the safety of our computer system, we have installed robust firewalls. Once the system has been locked, more authentication is needed before access can be granted. We have implemented several backup procedures to safeguard against irretrievable data loss, including daily, differential, and incremental backups.

The Data is safely secured at our onshore location
To monitor and secure the premises, we have installed closed-circuit cameras. Our facility's access control system allows for monitored entry into the areas where production takes place. Our data center's server room requires authentication with an access card before entering. The server room is secure, and only the IT staff gets access. We don't have any CD R/W drives installed in any of our workstations. At work, we also block access to USB ports. Records and other sensitive information are kept in a safe and secure location.
